Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

User Eligibility

The Web Site is available only to persons who have reached the age of 18 and are competent to enter into a legally binding agreement(s) under the applicable law. If you do not qualify, you are not permitted to use the Web Site.

Pricing Policy

Online store prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We do not bear any responsibility and do not cover differences in the prices of products purchased from our physical store with the brand “Je T’ aime by MiniLo” in Paralimni, Cyprus and the Customer subsequently found the existence of a lower price in its online store or vice versa.

In good faith and for your own protection, if you find that a product is offered at an unusually low or high price in relation to its market value, please mention the fact before placing your order by contact us at info@jetaime.com.cy

Delivery and Pick-up

We will deliver only within the territory of Cyprus and will do so for all weekdays, except Sundays and holidays.

We currently offer 2 ways of delivering our products to you:

Pick-up from our shop (Free) in 1-2 working days

Pick-up from any ACS Courier pick-up point (Extra charge of €3 for products until 3kg, over 5kg €5.)

We will do our best to deliver your product within the timelines above. Please note that delivery estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.

We cannot take responsibility for order and delivery delays outside our liabilities or for delays that occur because of Acts of God (like fire, flood, earthquake, storm, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, civil war, rebellion, riot, terrorist activities, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.

Although we will never dispatch a product in damaged packaging, upon delivery or pick up, please always check carefully and make sure that the external packaging and the adhesive Je T’ aime -signed tape are intact, to avoid receiving faulty or non-fully functioning product. After you sign to receive the product, you accept it as it is, and you have no claim regarding the packaging and the general condition of the product.

Delivery of Products

Delivery and/or receipt of products which were sold through the online store will be made in the ways and costs (where applicable) specified on the website, considering the total weight or volume of the products purchased.

Goods are offered subject to being unsold. In the event of non-availability of goods, we reserve the right to rescind the contract.

We reserve the right to change the delivery policy of our products at any time, informing the customer before concluding the respective contract.

Please note that the delivery date of the Products is indicative and is subject to change. In this case, we will make a reasonable effort to contact the customer to provide him with relevant information.

We may additionally, at our discretion, set as a condition of delivery of any of our products the verification of the customer’s identity upon delivery, to certify that the customer, who must be the recipient, is not a minor. In case of inability to certify or there is doubt, we are entitled to refuse the delivery, to cancel the purchase completely by simply declaring it at the place of delivery of the recipient.

Return Policy

We give you the opportunity to enjoy the privilege of direct contact with the products available from your computer screen, quickly and easily through the fullness of the descriptions posted on its pages.

Wanting to highlight the benefits of using the internet on our everyday purchases, we provide the terms and conditions for returning defective or non-defective products below.

Product Returns due to delivery error

In all cases where the delivered product is different than purchased, by type or quantity or missing in property and previously agreed in writing with us, the customer must return the products for inspection and error recognition. In this case the cost of returning the products to us as well as costs of delivery back to the customer burdens us as long as the suggested by us means of return is respected.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns of defective products 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@jetaime.com.cy Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 118 1st April Ave,  CY-5280 Paralimni, Famagusta Cyprus or by ACS Courier to ACS Paralimni Location.

In case that the product is found to have a manufacturing defect, if it is confirmed by an authorized repairer who provides the warranty of good functioning or if we provide the guarantee of good functioning directly, the following shall apply:

The return of the product to be replaced, should be done with all the documents accompanying the product (e.g Retail Receipt and so on) and full packaging. If the defect is discovered later than the delivery and packaging is not present or if the packaging of the product was received by the distributors upon delivery of the item, packaging is not necessary.

Returning of the products will take place either by our personnel and transportation means or by courier, or at the store maintained by us under the trademark Je T’ aime by MiniLo. In case of returns through courier service, the customer is charged with shipping costs to us, and we are charged with the cost of dispatching the replaced or repaired product.

After returning the products, the defect noted by the customer is checked and the results of the inspection are communicated to him.

If the defect is found, the product is repaired or replaced, otherwise the transaction is canceled, if the product cannot be repaired within a reasonable time and we cannot find another product of equivalent or better characteristics or value for the replacement. If the transaction is canceled, the refund of the original purchase is made in the same way as the initial payment of the customer to us.

In the case of credit card payment, we are obligated to inform the issuing Bank about the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will then proceed to any transaction provided in accordance with the contract it has concluded with the customer without any liability on behalf of us.

Following this information, we are not responsible for the time and manner of execution of the settlement regulated by the contract. In the case of cash payment, if the customer opted for the “pick-up” option, the amount will be refunded from our shop. In the case of a bank transfer payment, a reverse bank wire transfer will be made from our account to the customer.

If the products are returned damaged or incomplete, we have the right to claim a compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products unilaterally and unconditionally, wholly or partially offsetting our claim against the customer’s.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exception to Shipping Costs Deduction

The full amount, including any original shipping costs, will be refunded only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Cancellation Policy

How to cancel an online order

If you have chosen to Pick-up from our Shop, you can cancel your order up to 1 working day, after the order confirmation date.

If you have chosen the Pick-up from Courier Pick up Point, you can cancel your order before the product is handed to the delivery service. After the dispatch of the product, your order status will automatically be updated, and you will no longer be able to cancel your order.

We, in the framework of our transactions of the online store are neither responsible nor liable to compensate for any damage or loss resulting from the cancellation of orders, their non-execution or the delay in their execution, for any reason. We do not guarantee the availability of the products displayed on the online store, but we update the customer concerned based on the available information about the availability or unavailability of the products and undertake, in the event of a change in the data, to inform customers in good time about the unavailability, in which case we bear no further responsibility. Under no circumstances we shall bear any civil or criminal liability for any damages, (incidental, special, or consequential, which indicatively but not restrictively,  alternatively and/or cumulatively, constitute loss of profits, data, revenues, compensation etc.) that a visitor of the online store or a third party may suffer due to causes related to the operation or non-operation and/or use of the website and/or inability to provide services and/or products and/or information provided by him and/or any non-allowed interventions of third parties on products and/or services and/or information made available through him.
